Sales Manager Coaching Skills: Coaching to Successful Discovery Calls
To model what great 1:1 coaching sounds like, not just describe it.
Part of a series of sales manager coaching roleplays built to show managers how to coach direct reports toward specific skills and behaviors. This video focuses on coaching a rep through a stronger discovery call, giving managers a concrete example of the coaching conversation itself rather than a checklist of tips.
The Human Lie Detector
To build a fully interactive, story-driven eLearning experience from the ground up.
My submission for the iSpring Course Creation Contest 2026, a noir-styled, choice-driven course that teaches learners to spot deception cues through an immersive detective narrative rather than a slide deck. This is my most technically ambitious build, blending branching scenarios, interactivity, and storytelling into one cohesive learning experience.
Elite Advisor — New Role Training
To equip a team for a newly merged role with confidence, not confusion.
Created for a group of sales and support team members, this training introduced a brand-new role that combined the functions and skills of two previously separate positions. The challenge wasn't just teaching new tasks. It was helping people reframe their whole sense of the job.
New Rep Sales Training Proposal
To pitch a structured onboarding path for new sales reps, not just a syllabus.
A proposal outlining a training approach for ramping new sales representatives, covering what they need to learn, in what order, and why, with an eye toward getting reps to full productivity faster and with more confidence.
